About The Position

Embark's Stabilization and Assessment program is a residential treatment center dedicated to highly acute adolescents. The program specializes in the stabilization and assessment of adolescent boys ages 12 to 17 and their families. This is a part-time cook position where you will prepare meals for small personalized groups and have the opportunity to take your cooking skills to the next level and create a meaningful impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of cooking experience.
• A current Food Handler's Permit, and a valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of health codes and proper sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for the duration of your shift, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner for clients and staff.
• Prepare mid-meal snacks, ensuring food is always readily available.
• Assist in food preparation and storage.
• Oversee the overall cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the kitchen.
• Prepare food ahead of time for the following day's menu.
