About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is seeking passionate and hardworking Cooks to join its Culinary Team. Cooks may work on the line, grill, pantry, or prep, helping prepare flavorful, high-quality food for members. The role includes preparing meals and event food, maintaining quality and timely execution, and contributing to a clean, safe, team-focused kitchen. The club was founded in 1898 and describes itself as one of the top 50 clubs in the nation and a five-time Best Place to Work winner.

Requirements

• Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.

• Experience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events.
• Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices.
• Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed.
• Support a strong, team-focused kitchen environment.
