About The Position

Requirements

At least one year of cooking or culinary experience preferred.
Passion for serving older adults with kindness and respect.
Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals following recipes and menu guidelines.
Ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while following food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation, inventory, stocking, and kitchen cleanup.
Work closely with the dining team to provide excellent service and a welcoming dining experience.
Help make every meal enjoyable for our residents.
