About The Position

Cook Are you passionate about wanting to support young adolescent males in having a better life? Are you looking for a career in the social services while making a difference in youth’s lives? Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has positions available at Paint Creek, our residential treatment facility located in southeastern Bainbridge, Ohio (Ross County). Paint Creek provides 24/7 residential treatment to adolescent males. Flexibility to work weekends, additional shifts or provide coverage when necessary is required. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience in social services and/or residential care a plus

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision for safety and providing life skills coaching with at risk youth.
• Provides operational support for transportation of youth as needed.
• Preparing large quantity meals, adhering to state, federal & local health safety guidelines.
• Prepare food in accordance with the daily menu planner, working with serving line equipment and sanitation schedules.
• Ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and dining hall.
