About The Position

The Cook at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients. The role involves creating delicious and nutritious dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The Cook will contribute to the overall dining experience by ensuring food safety standards and delivering exceptional culinary services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Proven track record of preparing high-quality meals in a timely manner.
Experience with menu planning and food inventory management.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent culinary skills with proficiency in various cooking techniques.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them as necessary.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
CPR Certification

Culinary school certification or degree preferred.
