About The Position

What You Will Do: Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes Properly label and store food, keeping perishables at safe temperatures Rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all sanitation standards Assist in transporting food and supplies between prep areas, refrigerators, and cooking stations

Requirements

Previous prep cook or related kitchen experience preferred
Understanding of food safety practices and storage requirements
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
