About The Position
The Gables of Fitchburg is hiring a dependable Cook to support our Executive Chef and help deliver high-quality meals to our residents. This is a great opportunity for cooks looking for stability, consistent hours, and no late nights in a professional, well-run kitchen.
Requirements
- Previous cook experience preferred (restaurant, healthcare, or hospitality)
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Reliable, team-oriented, and organized
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals following established menus and dietary needs
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and service
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support kitchen organization and inventory
- Work closely with the Executive Chef
