We’re hiring experienced and motivated Cooks (I, II, III) to join our culinary teams across multiple venues at Route 66 Casino. As a Cook, you will contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. Depending on your level, responsibilities range from basic prep and station support (Cook I), to executing recipes and leading specific kitchen areas (Cook II), to supervising kitchen operations and mentoring staff (Cook III). All cooks are expected to follow food safety standards, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to an efficient and positive kitchen culture.
