About The Position
Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Part-time Cook to join their team at their senior living community in Burnsville, MN. This is a part-time position that involves a mix of full and half shifts, working in a community with 32 beds for Memory Care and Assisted Living. The role is ideal for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults and enjoys working in the kitchen. Responsibilities include cooking and clean-up, with menus planned in advance.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Related experience in a Cook, Chef, Dietary Aide, or Server role highly preferred
- Experience in a Senior Living community highly preferred
- Dependable and reliable
- Passionate about the well-being of the elderly community
- Adaptable/flexible
- Detail-oriented
- Autonomous/Independent
Responsibilities
- Cooking meals according to planned menus
- Performing clean-up duties in the kitchen
