The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from the kitchen in a timely manner. This role involves preparing menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons, strictly adhering to recipe guidelines, and ensuring all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time. The Cook will also ring all prepared menu items through the POS system, restock workstations with food products as needed, and follow proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department. Additionally, the Cook must follow proper food storage, handling, and preparation standards, adhere to Ecosure standards at all times, and maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines. Completion and adherence to all training requirements are also essential. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
