About The Position

This role involves preparing meals for residents, providing high-quality dining service that considers resident preferences and special dietary requirements, in compliance with food and sanitation regulations. The cook will prepare meals to order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and assist in the scratch production of all menu items. Demonstrating safe food handling procedures, with special emphasis on critical controls, and maintaining high cleanliness of work and storage areas are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Any related experience or training is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for residents providing high quality dining service that takes into account resident preferences and special dietary requirements in compliance with applicable food and sanitation regulations.
- Cook to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
