About The Position

Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking reliable and motivated Cooks to join our dining services team. In this role, you’ll prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents while helping create a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
• Ensure food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and kitchen organization
• Accommodate special dietary needs as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and dining staff
