About The Position
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Cook performs duties related to preparing and serving meals for patients, staff, and guests. Duties include preparing food for patient and retail food services according to standard recipes; portioning and garnishing food; setting up meals and displays for service; performing display cooking; cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas between uses; and maintaining accurate production records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to six months of prior institutional or commercial quantity cooking experience.
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training in Culinary Arts.
