This position is for a Cook who will be responsible for preparing food for service, setting up the cooking line, and preparing food in designated stations to fill customer orders. The role requires strict adherence to all written and established recipes and preparation standards. Key duties also include maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, cleaning food prep areas after meal periods, and being able to work across several stations in a kitchen environment. The Cook is expected to promote superior guest service.
