About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Cook to join its Food & Beverage team. The Line/Station Cook prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner to guest orders from all outlets, following production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The role supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, from overnight breakfast service to elaborate banquets, and offers opportunities for learning and growth.
Requirements
- ServSafe certification is required.
- Must have work authorization in the United States.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience working in Food & Beverage is preferred.
