About The Position

Cubanitas - Oak Creek is seeking a Cook to prepare menu items and specials consistently. This role also assists with ordering food and keeping inventory, and maintaining a clean kitchen work area. This position can be offered as either a part-time or full-time restaurant job.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or fantastic work experience
• 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen
• Team leadership skills
• Works well with others
• Passion for the business
• An understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations (Serve Safe)
• High energy
• Willing to learn

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a cook, prep cook, link cook, fry cook, grill cook, boh, or other back of the house part time restaurant job highly desirable.
