Provides excellent internal and external guest service while cooking all food orders in a quick and timely manner; completes payment transactions efficiently and accurately when working in assigned outlets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the servers and ensures each order sent out is uniform and consistent Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature and ensures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and leftovers Greets and completes payment transactions for customer orders while working in assigned outlets on a POS (point of sale) system, accepts payment and (when applicable) accurately gives change back to customer Delivers food items to guests Adequately prepares for known peak business levels and effectively maintains a high level of guest service Prepares all food items from standardized recipes when working in assigned outlets Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same If 21 years of age and has obtained a High School diploma or GED, performs the duties of a Bartender in the Bingo outlet or Coffee Bar Attendant as needed Other duties as assigned
