This role is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications. The Cook will follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety, adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards, and collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution. The position also involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment, and assisting in food inventory management as needed.
