About The Position
We are Wingstop's largest franchisee, owning and operating over 100 Wingstop Restaurants across multiple states and continuing to grow. We are seeking team members to advance their careers in the food service industry. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, team-oriented role in a dynamic work environment. We are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving, and do not offer curbside or drive-thru services. A rotating schedule is in place.
Requirements
- Ability to cook food to order.
- Willingness to hand-sauce and toss food.
- Experience in preparing sides like fries.
- Ability to prepare dips.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the food service industry.
- Experience with Wingstop's flavors and menu items.
Responsibilities
- Cook classic wings, boneless wings, and tenders.
- Ensure all food is cooked to order.
- Hand-sauce and toss food in chosen flavors.
- Prepare signature sides including fresh-cut, seasoned fries.
- Prepare ranch and bleu cheese dips.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
