Granite City Food & Brewing is hiring seasonal staff to support increased service during the nearby World Cup events. Short-term positions available: Cook, Host, Server. Seasonal assignments run from early May through mid-July. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and able to work a fast-paced, team-oriented shift schedule including nights and weekends. Position: Cook (Line Cook / Prep Cook) Primary responsibilities - Prepare menu items to recipe and quality standards during service and prep shifts. - Maintain station organization, food safety, and proper portioning. - Expedite orders quickly and accurately, coordinate with front-of-house staff. - Monitor inventory of station items; assist with receiving and storage.
