The Windham Center Cook will plan the cooking schedule according to job flow, prepare food according to recipes and follow cooking methods for a consistent product. This role involves utilizing weights and measures to ensure proper quantities, observing food preparation, and ensuring food has been tasted according to policy and procedures. The Cook must follow all sanitation and food handling specifications, attend department-specific and mandatory hospital in-service programs, and assist in training new staff members.
