About The Position

Utilizes Nutrition Department's Policies And Procedures To Prepare Healthy, Nutritious And Safe Meals For Staff And Patients Of Freeman Neosho Hospital. Responsibilities

• Organizes time and tasks such that meals are served on schedule
• Adheres to sanitation and infection control policies and procedures
• Maintains safe work area and practices safe equipment usage
• Maintains food quality by following departmental policies concerning quality management
• Conveys professional image to all staff and patients of Freemans Neosho Hospital by practicing the highest standards of customer service
• Follows production guides and recipes to produce meals for tray line service
