About The Position

Join our amazing culinary team at Magnolias of Lancaster, a Memory Care Community, as a Part-Time and/or Full-Time Cook. In this role, you will support the kitchen with daily meal prep, sanitation, and service, preparing and serving nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to our memory care residents. The schedule typically involves shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM shifts. We are looking for a reliable, creative, and team-oriented individual with a passion for cooking for a purpose.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience (preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare)
• Strong work ethic, good time management, and attention to detail
• Must be able to work rotating weekends
• Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Follow portion control and dietary guidelines
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering
• Help with plating, serving, and cleanup
• Ensure food safety and kitchen compliance
