Position Summary: The candidate must meet and exceed the departmental needs with a strong desire to maintain the highest levels of quality, organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the work areas and equipment. Must be able to prepare all major food items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with techniques including, but not limited to: knife skills, steam/boil, saute, roast, fry, braise/stew, grill, and bake. Maintain temperature control charts of all food items produced.
