About The Position

LV Petroleum is currently hiring Cooks to support multiple restaurant concepts at one of our high-volume locations! This unique opportunity allows you to work across Rally’s, Charleys, Bojangles, and Black Bear Diner while gaining experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in preparing quality food, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering a great guest experience. Concepts Include: Rally’s, Charleys, Bojangles, Black Bear Diner.

Requirements

• Previous cook, kitchen, grill, or food prep experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to brand standards and recipes
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
• Stock and prep ingredients throughout the shift
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods while supporting team operations
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures
• Assist across multiple concepts as business needs require
