About The Position

We are growing at Concordia of Bridgeville! Hiring a cook with a pay rate up to $21.45/hour. Full-time opening (hours required are between 5am-7pm) scheduled 40 hours per week. The Cook is responsible for the overall coordination of food preparation, cooking, and serving in our dining area.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Must have basic math skills

Nice To Haves

• Serv Safe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs the preparation of all food served using standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Orders food as needed, trains new cooks or staff, and takes the lead roll in the kitchen duties.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Understands and follows ServSafe, and other food service regulations.
• Assists with food service aide duties as needed.
