Applegreen USA operates over 80 travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest that provide convenience, comfort, retail, and an extensive range of delicious food options. The Cook is responsible for cooking all Panda Express entrées and side dishes and for executing Panda Express recipes correctly to ensure food quality, ensuring food safety practice, and maintaining cleanliness at the Panda Express Restaurant. Cooks should be able to perform all Back of House (BOH) operations including prepping, cooking entrees and sides, cutting, sauce margination, etc. The Cook follows established procedures and applies general technical standards and principles. The Cook’s work is closely guided, and work performed may impact both Front of House and Back of House activities.
