About The Position

Sodexo Canada is searching for a Cook for FT POSTION: 37.5 hours/ week + benefits or PT and Casual Opportunities. This position is FULL TIME OR PART TIME. We are looking for an experienced cook to join our dynamic team. During your mandate, it will be your responsibility to support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu. You will use your skills to help create an excellent food service offering for the clients and guests of this site. You will be asked to prepare general food production, cooking, serving as well as other assigned tasks. You will be required to follow the various Sodexo programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Able to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Experience in meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

Responsibilities

Support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu.
