Childcare Center Cook
About The Position
Little People's Landing Learning Centers is seeking a passionate and energetic Cook to join their team at Early Learning Academies (ELA). This role is ideal for individuals who are at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children. Previous cooking experience, particularly in a school setting, is preferred. As this role involves some work in classrooms, prior childcare experience would be a significant advantage. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 2 PM, with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cooking experience, especially in a school setting.
- Childcare experience.
