About The Position
Cook-Vivian Healthcare is seeking a Cook to join a healthcare team committed to creating a positive experience for staff and patients. The Cook prepares and serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced meals that meet residents’ daily nutritional and special dietary needs. The role also assists with dishwashing and cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Food Handler Certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a dietary cook in a long-term care setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced diets to meet each resident’s daily nutritional and special dietary needs.
- Assist with dishwashing operations and cleaning tasks.
