Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong time management skills and flexibility with scheduling
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Basic reading and writing skills for safety and communication
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred (level placement as Cook I, II, or III based on skill set)

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all dishes meet expectations for quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at “inspection-ready” standards
Be prepared and ready for service on time, every time
Communicate effectively with leadership regarding inventory, equipment, and needs
Support your team and contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment
Assist with additional tasks as needed—we’re all about teamwork
