Requirements

Minimum 3 years of cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, healthcare, or similar environment preferred
Ability to read recipes and follow preparation standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Basic math and measurement skills
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and culinary standards
Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, roasted and braised items
Work across multiple cook stations while maintaining quality and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Collaborate with Chefs and culinary team members to execute service successfully
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations and guest experience
Support dishwashing and kitchen operations as needed
