About The Position
Stir up something special as a Cook at the Monadnock Food Co-op! We’re looking for a positive and passionate culinarian to create delicious, scratch-made dishes using the finest local and organic ingredients available. In our kitchen, every meal tells a story of the regional farms and producers who help us bring healthy, amazing food to our community. If you have an upbeat attitude and thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where you can celebrate the goodness of local food every day, then we want you on our team! Prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required. Serve Safe certification is preferred. The purpose of this position is to prepare daily hot bar offerings and maintain an abundant, fully stocked Grab & Go deli case. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Prior cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required.
