About The Position

We are seeking applicants to work in a 16 bed residential treatment facility setting. The Food Service Worker/Cook prepares and serves daily balanced meals, maintains cleanliness, safe and secure working areas, cold and dry storage's complying with USDA, DHS, and state guidelines. This role also maintains all equipment, ensures maintenance and cleanliness of equipment is conducted, and performs any duties necessary to ensure the health and safety of residents.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must maintain a SafeServe certification.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must possess a current state driver’s license.
• Must meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with a clear driving record.
• Must lawfully reside in the United States of America and be authorized to work.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves daily balanced meals.
