About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers.
  • ServSafe Certification Preferred
