As a Cook at HipBurger, you're in the center of the action. You're keeping things hot, orders flying, and quality on lock. Whether you're on grill, fry, or prep-you're making food that makes people say "Whoa, that's good."

Requirements

• Speed, focus, and the ability to handle heat (literally)
• A commitment to quality-every burger matters
• Solid teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability-your team counts on you
• Food service experience is awesome, but not required
• Must be 16+ (depending on local laws)

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations like a kitchen ninja
• Follow recipes and food safety standards to the letter
• Keep tickets moving fast while staying accurate and consistent
• Communicate with the team to keep the line running smooth
• Make sure everything looks, smells, and tastes amazing
• Clean as you go-because a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen
• Keep your station stocked, fresh, and ready for action
