Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for serving seniors and working in a care focused environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior cooking or food service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to residents dietary needs and preferences
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards including monitoring food temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Communicate with care staff regarding special dietary requirements
- Create a warm welcoming mealtime experience for residents
