Requirements

Experience as a cook.
Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work in a Memory Care setting.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may receive up to $725 for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a memory care or healthcare setting is a plus.
Culinary certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals for residents in the Memory Care unit.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations.
