About The Position
Parsons Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Cook to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting in all dining services functions, ensuring residents receive the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal. The Cook will prepare and serve resident meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing in accordance with menus and recipes, making only authorized food substitutions. They will also inspect special diet trays to assure the correct diets are served. The organization fosters a culture of learning, growth, and engagement, rooted in its heritage as a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, aiming to provide the best quality of life and care for residents.
Requirements
- Previous dining services experience at a senior living community desired but not required.
