The Cook and Dietary Aide roles provides food and nutritional service that meets the nutritional and therapeutic needs of residents in a sanitary and safe environment that will meet and/or exceed the standards of regulating agencies. Requirements

Ability to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes
Basic understanding of or ability to learn sanitation and regulations for workplace safety
Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques, preparation, and cooking procedures
