- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2-4 years previous experience in related field preferred
- Experience cooking in a medical setting
- Experience with large batches of food
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and baked goods following the daily assignments; maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs; assist Senior Cook in food preparation as requested
- Demonstrate excellent level of customer service, assist as needed and answer any questions to the best of your ability
- Follow all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures
- Ensure all equipment used is cleaned to code standards
