Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience preparing a variety of cuisines and dishes, with attention to quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the airport retail environment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working in a retail or airport setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by Airport Retail Group.
• Ensure food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide timely and efficient meal service.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide customer service and address special dietary requests when appropriate.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff and contribute to team development.
