About The Position

Denny’s is hiring cooks for multiple restaurant locations. Cooks prepare complete meals and coordinate multiple tickets at once to keep the kitchen flowing, ensuring food is hot, fresh, and served on time. The role includes preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrées; operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; following food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards; collaborating with servers and kitchen staff; and maintaining a clean, organized station. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a short order cook, line cook, grill cook, or restaurant cook is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage full meal preparation across multiple tickets.
• Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cooking techniques.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
