LCB Senior Living is hiring a Cook at The Residence at Boylston Place. This is an as needed position with room to grow. The role involves providing a high level of customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, working closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs. The Cook will also assist with the supervision of culinary staff, execution of dining enhancement programs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. Responsibilities include food receiving, storage, preparation according to company standards, estimating food and supply needs, cooking meals according to recipes and menus, documenting food and equipment temperatures, preparing snacks and beverages, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with special events.
