About The Position

The Position
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
Work with a small and supportive team
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Assisting with retail, lunch and dinner functions.

Requirements

• You must either have a current Working with Children Check or have the ability to obtain
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• The availability to work full time. 38 hours per week
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience in a similar position advantageous
• Eye for detail and great with time management
