About The Position

This role involves preparing meals for residents, providing high-quality dining service that considers resident preferences and special dietary requirements, in compliance with food and sanitation regulations. The cook will prepare meals to order for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and assist in the scratch production of all menu items. Emphasis is placed on safe food handling procedures, including critical controls, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in work and storage areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Any related experience or training is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for residents providing high quality dining service that takes into account resident preferences and special dietary requirements in compliance with applicable food and sanitation regulations.
