Requirements

At least 1 year of experience, or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
Food Handlers Certification required. (must comply with State requirements)
Able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

Responsibilities

Lead and assist kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and consistently deliver high-quality food and service.

Keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized, always meeting sanitation and safety standards.

Manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point.
