About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our culinary team at Willy & Jose's. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene. You will work collaboratively with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within a professional kitchen environment
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of various cooking methods
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety standards
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior kitchen staff
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment during peak service times
