The Cook is responsible for setting up workstations, preparing food items, following recipes and presentation specifications, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires knowledge of nutrition, allergies, and food terminology, as well as the ability to handle, store, and rotate food products. The Cook will also track food waste, maintain clean service areas, and adhere to company policies and safety standards. Accommodating guest requests with a positive attitude and completing assigned side work are also key aspects of the position.
