About The Position
Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is opening its seventh location at Silverado Ranch and Arville St., and we are looking for talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members. Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring 15 state-of-the-art 20” LCD gaming machines, VIP Gaming Club with free play and exciting slot promotions, 18 high-definition TVs for nonstop sports action, and a full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day. The cook directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards. Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
- Demonstrate sound judgment
- Great attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
